Shipping & Compliance Update for EU Customers

I currently ship worldwide from the UK, and I deeply value my customers across Europe.

However, due to recent EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) changes, I can no longer ship onto the EU, but I am monitoring the situation and hoping things will change soon.

For all international orders outside the EU.

All international orders outside the EU are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked.

As shipping costs can vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your parcel, the exact postage cost may not be known until your order has been packed and booked for collection.

If the shipping amount charged at checkout is higher than the final postage cost, any excess shipping paid will be refunded once your parcel has been processed.

You will receive an email confirmation when your shipping refund has been issued.
