Shipping & Compliance Update for EU Customers

I currently ship worldwide from the UK, and I deeply value my customers across Europe.

However, due to recent EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) changes, I can now only ship raw, unpolished crystals into EU countries.

This means:

• Raw crystals are eligible for EU shipping
• Polished or shaped crystals (e.g. spheres, towers, carvings) are not eligible at this time

Any EU orders placed for items that do not meet these guidelines will be cancelled.

These regulations are evolving, and I’m actively monitoring for updates. If/when restrictions ease, I’ll reopen shipping for polished pieces.
