Vivianite

This is a crystal for transformation and serenity. To say it’s simply a healing crystal would not do this crystal justice to this deeply spiritual mineral. Vivianite releases joy, compassion, serenity, illuminating the path you need journey to achieve your highest form of yourself whilst healing the deepest wounds that have been inflicted physically, emotionally and metaphysically, and most importantly it is symbolic for hope opening you to new beginnings, finding hope and light when things seem to be at the most darkest and when you’re feeling at your most lowest.

Vivianite, is a clear mineral that gradually turns into the greenish blue when exposed to sunlight and will eventually turning black if the proper care isn’t taken. In same cases, people prefer this, believing this crystal is drawing all negativity and evil from you and your personal space, and when the crystal finally turns into black, it’s signifies it’s time to get a newer piece.

Sometimes dubbed the ‘necro- crystal’ it can (can’t stress this enough, can but not always) form on dead corpses of humans and animals alike (if the right conditions are met), also known to form on fossils and dead plants too. This particular batch was found at the base of an inactive Volcano, where the right minerals were met to form them.
